A few months ago, I had a Biasi boiler & indirect water heater installed. I am very satisfied with the install by Robbie & David. They did an excellent job of installing the unit & were very neat & tidy.

I’ve had a few people in looking at the system & they were impressed with the work. Glen Gardiner was also very helpful in answerng all my questions.

I highly recomend your company because of these employees. I waited a while to ensure there were no issues with the system. Pass this along to Robbie, David and Glen

I wish to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to your Company for the wonderful service that you provide. I had occasion to call your office at approx. 8:30 this a.m. to have some work done on my furnace, and they were here shortly after 9 a.m.

My first contact of the day was with an individual by the name of Ernie who was very courteous and professional on the phone. Next, and most importantly to me was the professionalism and efficient manner that your service man Mr. Robert Coughlin carried out his duties while here at my home. It was very, very, straight forward and well executed to my satisfaction, he certainly knew what he was doing.

I might also add, that when I have had other dealings at your store it is a pleasure dealing with Mr. Grant Smith, he certainly knows his business and is also very, very, professional.
